Волонтёр из Америки у нас в школе и информация о возможностях изучения английского от секции иностранных языков

  

Уважаемые коллеги и ученики!

Я, как руководитель секции иностранных языков, в Sillamae Vanalinna Kool, хочу поделиться с Вами полезной и нужной информацией, относительно того, как улучшить свои знания в английском языке, получить разговорную практику с носителем американского английского языка прямо здесь у нас в Эстонии. И более того, каждую среду в Sillamäe Gümnasiuum  происходит Conversation Club WEDNESDAY 16.00-17.00, адрес Tallinna mnt. 13, Sillamäe 40233.И все это абсолютно бесплатно для любого участника.

В современной реальности, в стремительно развивающемся 21 веке особенно  важно знание иностранных языков, в особенности английского языка. И при наличие такой замечательной возможности, рекомендую Вам посетить этот разговорный клуб. 

В Эстонии есть всего 4 таких места, где можно практиковать свои навыки в английском языке. Информация здесь: American Spaces - U.S. Embassy in Estonia (usembassy.gov) 

·         Прекрасные новости для нашей школы:  я пригласила волонтера, которая состоит в American Space in Narva к нам в Sillamae Vanalinna kool, по адресу Hariduse tn 6.

29 ноября 2023 года состоялась встреча наших учеников 9-х классов, 8-х классов и 7-х классов с Госпожой Ashley Fuchs.

Тема встречи была presentation about the traveling  throughout the USA. 

Highlight programs that enable students to study abroad in the USA and online resources for learning English.

Ученики нашей школы с большим энтузиазмом восприняли визит волонтера из США, задавали вопросы в течение презентации и активно участвовали в процессе.

Благодарю всех учеников нашей школы, а также моих коллег-преподавателей английского языка, которые пришли поддержать наших студентов и гостью.

Желаю всем красивой зимы и поздравляю со всеми сезонными праздниками.

Dear colleagues and students.

I am the head of the foreign language section at Sillamae Vanalinna Kool, would like to share with you useful and necessary information: how to improve your knowledge of English and get conversation practice with a native speaker of American English right here in Estonia. And what's more, every Wednesday at Sillamäe Gümnasiuum is Conversation Club. WEDNESDAY 16.00-17.00, address Tallinna mnt. 13, Sillamäe 40233. And all this is absolutely free of charge for any participant. 

In today's reality, in the rapidly developing 21st century, it is especially important to know foreign languages, especially English. And if you have such a great opportunity, I recommend you to visit this conversation club.

American Spaces 

With over 620 Spaces in 150 countries worldwide, American Spaces provide welcoming environments where visitors can connect and learn about the United States through programs and lectures, as well as through books, movies, and magazines.  Hosted in embassies, schools, libraries, and other partner institutions worldwide, American Spaces are platforms for providing information and engagement through activities, such as; 

·         Educational advising for those who want to study in the U.S., ·         Workshops on a range of topics from career skills to English language learning,   Classes and clubs introducing new technologies, 21st century digital skills, and academic resources, ·         Films, discussions, and lectures on entrepreneurship, leadership, current events, international affairs, and much more.

Great news for our school: I have invited a volunteer who is a member of American Space in Narva to our Sillamae Vanalinna kool at Hariduse tn 6, Sillamäe, Estonia. 

On November 29, 2023 was a meeting of our 9th grade, 8th grade and 7th grade students with Mrs. Ashley Fuchs. The topic of the meeting was a presentation about traveling throughout the USA.  Highlight programs that enable students to study abroad in the USA and online resources for learning English.

The students of our school were very enthusiastic about the visit of the volunteer from United States, asking questions during the presentation and actively participating in the process.
